At his question--at the thought of them being from separate worlds, how absurd!--Furina mentally stumbles over herself. Surely, it could not be? The boy dresses bizarrely, this is true, but for it to be the fashion of another world entirely?
It is not that Furina does not believe in the existence of other worlds; it is simply that she does not understand how she could have been pulled into one.
Regardless, if she were to treat it as truth, she must treat her companion with due respect!
