"I see. Our nations... don't have a singular concept they stand for." Not like that, anyway. "It sounds like your world has a lot of magic. Mine... doesn't, at least not publicly." He goes on to explain the basic shape of the world - the continents, a few of the countries... he can't name all of them, but he knows the major ones.
"There are gods, but most people worship just one... that I'm not sure exists. But there's a lot of different religions. But a lot of cultures have their own sets of gods... so there's quite a lot of them." He shrugs and smiles a little bit sheepishly. "It's... complicated. And big. But it's a world I want to help protect."
