There's a lot of things in what was just said that Adric would like to address. Hydro Archon - that means water ruler, he's pretty sure. And Regina, that's also ruler. Queen? Queen of water?

Which apparently has no use here. But the idea that one might be able to do something about rain is already a wild idea to Adric.

The last part is the most important though, because that one can make a huge difference for Adric personally. "Wait, you've met people here from your home?!"

He completely forgets to even be courteous about the whole Queen thing.
