"History and mythology, mechanical engineering and flower types and fiction - a lot of fiction - and travel guides and religion and cooking and and nearly any topic you can imagine. I would spend hours in there - partially to be somewhere that wasn't home if I wasn't working, but also so I could escape into books and learn... anything I wanted."
