IN SOME FORM OF ORDER sorry this'll take Some Words -
Spirit stuff: This seems fine! Specifically he'd feel unable to collect energy because a lot of it is already tied to other things - metaphorically it's like the spirit energy here has nothing he can plug his cable into to draw power from. He'd be able to tell that there's a lot of dead shit here, too.
Hammerspace etc: You can conjure weapons along the same size guidelines (mods aren't controlling for weapons as a special item type unless they're magical). Otherwise thumbs up.
Teleportation: Yes And: If he attempts to teleport to somewhere that isn't one of the specified types, that's a potential Exploration for later because I do have some fun things in my pockets specifically for teleporters. If he has any sense of space as he's teleporting, the inside of the ship feels way denser than he's used to, like trying to squeeze through a toothpaste tube.
Main things I would be worried about wrt this powerset is the minions which is something that might be a fun tool to play with later but would definitely need to be a plotted thing.
